Job summary

Dell Technologies is seeking a Senior GenAI & HPC Delivery Engineer to join the Service Delivery Team in Denver, CO. You will deploy, tune, and benchmark GPU-accelerated clusters for GenAI and HPC and travel across the U.S. to customer sites.

The role requires hands-on Linux optimization, experience with NVIDIA Base Command Manager, and strong customer communication. RH certs and multi-OS experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in HPC or GenAI clusters, GPU-based systems, or AI infrastructure.
• Hands-on GPU deployment, configuration, and multi-node testing with NVIDIA Base Command Manager.
• Benchmarking using HPL, STREAM, NCCL, RCCL, MxP, OSU Microbenchmarks.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and validate GPU-accelerated compute clusters for AI, ML, and HPC.
• Benchmark performance with industry-standard tools and document results.
• Produce as-built docs and best-practice guidance for the team.
