Job summary

Dell Technologies is seeking a GenAI & HPC Delivery Engineer in Oklahoma City, OK to join the Service Delivery Team. The role is highly hands-on and customer-facing, deploying GPU-accelerated compute clusters for AI, ML, and HPC, and coordinating on-site deployments across the U.S.

You will work with multi-GPU systems, benchmark performance, diagnose hardware and network issues, and produce detailed deployment documentation. Travel up to 70% is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HPC/GenAI clusters or similar environments.
• Hands-on GPU deployment and multi-node testing with BCM.
• Experience with cluster benchmarks like HPL, NCCL, OSU Microbenchmarks.
• RHCSA or equivalent Enterprise Linux admin experience.
• Understanding of high-speed GenAI/HPC fabrics and networking.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and validate GPU-accelerated clusters for AI/HPC workloads.
• Perform multi-node testing and benchmarking with common tools.
• Diagnose hardware/network issues and coordinate remediation.
• Harden Linux OS for GenAI/HPC workloads and document deployments.
• Travel regionally and across the U.S. for on-site projects.
