Job summary

Dell Technologies in New York seeks a Senior GenAI & HPC Delivery Engineer to lead hands-on deployments of GPU-accelerated systems for GenAI and HPC. You’ll tune performance, benchmark large multi-GPU setups, and deliver scalable infrastructure with close customer collaboration.

You’ll configure Linux environments, produce performance reports, and travel across the U.S. to implement solutions with NVIDIA tech and Dell poweredge platforms.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in HPC or GenAI clusters, AI infrastructure, or related fields.
• Hands-on GPU deployment, configuration, and multi-node testing with NVIDIA Base Command Manager.
• Proficiency with benchmarking tools: HPL, STREAM, NCCL, RCCL, MxP, OSU Microbenchmarks.
• RHCSA/RHCE or equivalent Red Hat experience.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and validate GPU-accelerated compute clusters for AI/ML/HPC.
• Benchmark systems and generate performance reports for customers.
• Document as-built configurations and share best practices within the team.
• Secure and configure Linux (RHEL, Ubuntu, Rocky) for GenAI/HPC workloads.
• Travel onsite across the U.S. to support deployments.
