Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong Python (FastAPI/Django) for APIs and microservices.
• GenAI/AI stack: experience with modern LLMs and orchestration tools.
• Frontend: JavaScript/TypeScript and React experience.
• Core engineering: REST APIs, databases, Git, CI/CD, Agile.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy scalable services using Python, React, and microservice patterns.
• Implement GenAI tools and multi-step workflows to automate GTM logic.
• Collaborate with engineers and architects on solution designs and unified APIs.
• Instrument tracing and logging for LLM inputs/outputs and cost tracking.
• Set up evaluation frameworks and feedback loops to detect model drift.
• Implement input/output guardrails for data protection and resilience.
• Own user stories end-to-end from code to production deployment.
• Collaborate with product and stakeholders to clarify requirements.
