FINRA seeks a Lead Application Security Architect to design, implement, and govern enterprise security architecture across the organization, with emphasis on GenAI integration throughout the software development lifecycle.

The role offers hybrid work from McLean, VA, and leads strategic initiatives affecting security posture, architectures, and policy enforcement across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IS, or related with 7+ years’ experience; Master’s preferred.
• Direct experience securing networks & systems; secure software assurance & incident response.
• Experience with multiple protocols and managing security tools.

Responsabilités

• Design and govern enterprise application security architecture across the SDLC.
• Develop secure coding standards and reusable security patterns.
• Architect GenAI and LLM security patterns including RAG and policy controls.
• Define GenAI risk controls and OWASP Top 10 alignment for LLM apps.
• Lead monitoring and enforcement of security controls and compliance.
• Mentor staff and participate in external security committees.
