Bank of America is seeking an experienced Enterprise/Platform Architect to lead the engineering approach for complex GenAI-enabled features. You will drive end-to-end design, establish scalable reference architectures, and guide teams on best practices for performance, availability, and security.

You will collaborate with security, platform engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet enterprise standards and drive Responsible Growth across the organization.

Qualifications

• This role requires 10+ years in enterprise or platform architecture and distributed systems design.
• Experience designing large-scale platforms, not just single-use apps.
• Deep experience with GenAI/agentic architecture including model gateways, RAG and orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Define the technology stack for complex features and ensure alignment with the portfolio solution.
• Enable CI/CD capabilities and improve testing practices across teams.
• Provide end-to-end delivery of complex features across programs.
• Define reference architecture across GenAI use cases with scalable, reusable designs.
• Establish capacity, scaling strategies, resiliency, and production-grade performance.
