Job summary

Provectus seeks an experienced software engineer to embed with clients in regulated industries and ship Claude + AWS systems into production. You will work inside the customer’s team, taking ownership from framing to deployment and delivering real business value.

Expect hands-on coding, learning the client’s domain quickly, and contributing to production-grade solutions with Claude, AWS, and open‑source components.

Qualifications

• 7+ years building production software and owning deliverables.
• Able to quickly learn a client’s business function and contribute hands-on.
• Delivered GenAI/LLM systems in production, not demos or notebooks.
• Built or owned eval suites for non-deterministic systems and explained metrics.
• Strong engineering fundamentals; proficient in Python and/or TypeScript.
• Experience with cloud-native delivery on AWS; knowledge of GCP/Azure a plus.
• Pre-sales experience and ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
• Comfort with ambiguity and ownership of engagements from framing to production.

Responsibilities

• Spend initial weeks in the operator’s seat to learn constraints and rebuild functions with the client.
• Work as part of the customer’s team inside their process; own the method autonomously.
• Leverage Provectus Blueprints and bring learnings back into them.
• Deliver across Cowork Activation, Agentic SDLC, and Blueprint Activations in Financial Services and Healthcare.
• Help shape AI adoption in enterprises from strategy to deployment and tooling development.
