We seek hands-on engineers with 7+ years of software delivery experience who can frame problems, own deployments end-to-end, and lead with technical excellence in a fast-growing team.

Competenze

• 7+ years building software with production code responsibility.
• Able to quickly learn unfamiliar business domains.
• Shipped GenAI/LLM systems to production, not demos.
• Built or owned an eval suite for non-deterministic systems.
• Strong fundamentals; productive in unfamiliar codebases.

Mansioni

• Own engagements from framing to production delivery for clients.
• Collaborate with clients and senior stakeholders to scope and redesign.
• Work hands-on on Claude-related platforms and AWS-based deployments.
