Job summary

Provectus IT, Inc. seeks an experienced AI software engineer who will embed with client teams to ship Claude + AWS systems into production. You will become part of the customer’s team, owning the development from framing to deployment and expanding an open, reusable blueprint library.

You’ll work hands-on with Claude, Claude Code, and Cowork, tackling real production problems in bank, insurer, or health-system environments while collaborating with senior leaders and enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years building software with production accountability.
• Willing to understand a client’s business function quickly.
• Shipped GenAI/LLM systems to production (not demos).
• Built or owned an eval suite for non-deterministic systems.
• Strong fundamentals; Python and/or TypeScript proficiency.
• Cloud-native delivery on AWS (GCP/Azure a plus).
• Pre-sales experience with senior stakeholders.
• Comfort with ambiguity and ownership.
• Hands-on with Claude, Claude Code, and Cowork.

Responsibilities

• Spend initial weeks in the operator’s seat to learn constraints and rebuild the function from first principles.
• Be part of the customer’s team, own the method autonomously.
• Leverage Provectus blueprints; start from a field-proven baseline.
• Deliver across Cowork Activation, Agentic SDLC, and Blueprint Activations in relevant sectors.
• Help shape how enterprises adopt AI from strategy to deployment.
