Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Sr Advanced AI Engineer to provide expert technical leadership in designing and developing AI algorithms, models, and systems. You will act as the SME for AI projects, guiding methodologies and best practices across the organization.

The role is based in Phoenix, AZ with a hybrid work schedule, and NO relocation offered. You will lead end-to-end AI development, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product management to align AI initiatives with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (STEM).
• Minimum 6 years of AI project leadership experience.
• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Experience with Agentic AI and Multi-Agent Systems.
• Experience with Cloud AI Platforms (Azure AI, AWS Bedrock).
• Expertise in machine learning and AI technologies.
• Strong leadership and management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of complex AI solutions to address business needs with scalability and robustness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into existing systems and processes.
• Work with product managers and leaders to align AI initiatives with business goals.
• Lead end-to-end AI development lifecycle including planning, resources, and progress monitoring.
