Qualifications

• 2+ years applying GenAI in enterprise environments.
• Design and operate GenAI orchestration frameworks in production (e.g., LangChain systems).
• 5+ years engineering experience with AI/ML platforms and workflows (Python or Java).
• Hands-on with production-grade GenAI/LLM platforms, patterns like RAG and tool calling.
• Strong LLMOps: evaluation harnesses, prompt/version management, regression testing, observability.
• Experience building AI-first data ingestion pipelines with measurable quality.
• Advanced retrieval: vector search, multi-stage retrieval, metadata filtering, reranking.
• Understanding evaluation metrics and their impact on RAG design.
• Experience handling production failures and mitigation strategies.

Responsibilities
