Job summary

Samsung Electronics America is seeking a Senior GenAI Engineer to drive AI-enabled productivity and automation across the organization. You will architect and deploy agentic AI workflows, integrating with enterprise systems and ensuring safe, auditable operations.

You will collaborate with product owners and architects to scale AI tooling, govern data usage, and deliver measurable business impact through autonomous workflows across Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Legal, and Operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience with Generative AI tools and platforms delivering production deployments with real users.
• 5+ years in IT, automation, systems engineering, or related technical role.
• Experience delivering at least one end-to-end GenAI or agentic AI system in an enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy GenAI-powered automation for business teams across departments.
• Architect and implement complex agentic workflows enabling autonomous task execution with human-in-the-loop as needed.
• Develop and maintain multi-agent orchestration patterns and tool-use architectures.
• Lead integration of AI workflows with enterprise systems (CRM, HRIS, finance, collaboration tools).
• Define guardrails, escalation paths, and governance for safe autonomous AI actions.
• Evaluate AI tools, build proof-of-concepts, and support build-vs-buy decisions.
• Ensure adherence to Samsung internal security and privacy policies and data classification requirements.
• Create training materials and enablement resources to scale adoption.
