Job summary

Provectus seeks experienced engineers to embed with banks, insurers and health systems, delivering Claude + AWS systems into production. You’ll own the work end-to-end, from framing to deployment, and collaborate inside the customer's team to ship real solutions.

You’ll work on industry blueprints, contribute to the toolchain, and help clients adopt AI at scale with real budgets and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Typically 7+ years building software, a substantial share of it writing production code you were accountable for.
• You are hands-on today and intend to stay that way.
• Genuinely willing to spend time understanding someone else’s job before writing code; become conversant quickly.
• Shipped GenAI/LLM systems to production — not demos or notebooks.
• You evaluate with an eval suite and can explain what you measured.
• Strong engineering fundamentals; productive in unfamiliar codebases; Python and/or TypeScript.
• Cloud-native delivery on AWS; GCP/Azure a plus.
• Pre-sales experience with senior stakeholders.
• Comfort with ambiguity and ownership; engagements start underspecified.
• Hands-on experience with Claude, Claude Code, and Cowork.

Responsibilities

• Spend the first weeks in the operator’s seat, learning constraints from the inside and rebuilding from first principles.
• Be part of the customer’s team, inside their process; own the method autonomously.
• Use Provectus industry blueprints as baseline and extend them with field learnings.
• Deliver across Cowork Activation, Agentic SDLC, and Blueprint Activations in Financial Services and Healthcare.
• Help shape how leading enterprises adopt AI from strategy through first deployment.
