Job summary

Provectus is hiring for a senior AI/GenAI engineering role based in New York City. You will embed with bank, insurer, or health system clients to deploy Claude-powered solutions into regulated production environments, owning the work end-to-end from framing to production.

You will collaborate with a Claude-certified team, leverage cloud-native delivery on AWS, and contribute to a growing AI delivery practice while engaging with senior stakeholders across industries.

Qualifications

• 7+ years building software with hands-on production code responsibility.
• Shipped GenAI/LLM systems to production, not demos.
• Experience evaluating non-deterministic systems with an eval suite.
• Proficient in Python and/or TypeScript; adaptable to unfamiliar codebases.

Responsibilities

• Spend initial weeks learning constraints in the client environment and rebuild the function.
• Join the customer’s team and own the method autonomously.
• Leverage Provectus Blueprints as baseline for engagements and improve from field learnings.
• Deliver across Cowork Activation, Agentic SDLC, and Blueprint Activations in Financial Services and Healthcare.
• Shape enterprise adoption of AI from strategy through first deployment.
