Job summary

Judge Group, Inc. in Plano, TX is seeking a Senior GEN AI Engineer to lead design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions for enterprise applications. You will work across teams to build scalable, production-ready AI systems leveraging LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and LangChain/LlamaIndex.

The role requires 7+ years in software/AI, strong Python proficiency, and hands-on experience with ML DL frameworks, vector databases, and MLOps. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in Plano.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or AI solution development.
• Strong Python programming and enterprise application development experience.
• Hands-on with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Experience building Generative AI, LLMs, RAG architectures, and AI agents.
• Familiarity with NLP concepts and vector databases (Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate, FAISS).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions for enterprise apps.
• Train, optimize, and maintain production ML/DL models.
• Develop Generative AI apps using LLMs, RAG, and AI agents.
• Implement LangChain and LlamaIndex for intelligent workflows.
• Establish MLOps practices: CI/CD, monitoring, and governance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into AI solutions.
