The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and modern AI tooling including LangChain or RAG strategies, along with strong programming in Python

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or related field.
• Experience designing, developing, deploying AI-powered solutions at scale.
• Strong knowledge of NLP, LLMs, MLOps, and cloud AI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions for enterprise applications.
• Build and optimize ML/DL models for production environments.
• Develop Generative AI applications using LLMs, RAG, and AI agents.
• Fine-tune and evaluate foundation models using domain-specific datasets; implement prompt engineering and orchestration frameworks.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into AI solutions.
• Implement MLOps practices including CI/CD, model monitoring, versioning, and governance.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to AI best practices.
