Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 8–10 years of relevant experience.
• Expert Python and AI/ML frameworks experience.
• Proven MLOps: versioning, training, deployment, monitoring.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SageMaker/Azure ML/Vertex AI.
• Hands-on Generative AI, LLMs, GANs, VAEs, RAG, and context engineering.
• Strong data processing, SQL, and large-scale datasets.
• Excellent communication and collaboration for senior stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design and deployment of scalable AI/ML systems.
• Collaborate with data scientists to productionize models.
• Implement MLOps, CI/CD, versioning, and infra-as-code.
• Improve models for performance, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Develop AI services and APIs integrated into applications.
• Troubleshoot production issues across model, data, and infra.
• Define governance, data privacy, and responsible AI practices.
• Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge.
• Conduct research in Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and context engineering.
• Guide AI roadmap and communicate with technical/non-technical stakeholders.
