Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or AI solution development.
• Strong Python programming and enterprise application development experience.
• Hands-on with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Experience building Generative AI, LLMs, RAG architectures, and AI agents.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of cutting‑edge AI solutions that drive business innovation and measurable outcomes. This role is ideal for a highly skilled professional with expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), MLOps, and cloud‑based AI platforms.

As a Senior AI Engineer, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to build scalable, production‑ready AI applications, transform complex business challenges into intelligent solutions, and contribute to the organization’s AI strategy and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions for enterprise applications and business‑critical use cases.
• Build, train, optimize, and maintain machine learning and deep learning models for production environments.
• Develop advanced Generative AI applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, and Prompt Engineering.
• Fine‑tune foundation models using domain‑specific datasets and evaluate model performance for accuracy, reliability, and business impact.
• Implement AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain and LlamaIndex to power intelligent workflows and agent‑based systems.
• Develop and maintain robust data pipelines for model training, evaluation, deployment, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, data scientists, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into AI‑driven solutions.
• Establish and enforce MLOps best practices, including CI/CD automation, model versioning, monitoring, governance, and lifecycle management.
• Ensure AI systems meet performance, security, scalability, compliance, and reliability standards.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers, and drive adoption of AI engineering best practices across the organization.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7 years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or AI solution development.
• Strong programming expertise in Python and experience developing enterprise-grade applications.
• Hands‑on experience with machine learning and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit‑learn.
• Proven experience developing solutions using Generative AI, LLMs, RAG architectures, AI Agents, and Prompt Engineering techniques.
• Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts, methodologies, and toolsets.
• Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate, or FAISS.
• Working knowledge of AI orchestration frameworks including LangChain and LlamaIndex.
• Experience implementing MLOps practices and tools for model deployment, monitoring, and governance.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud AI services on Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, containerization, and microservices architecture.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience deploying AI solutions at enterprise scale.
• Knowledge of Responsible AI, AI governance, and model risk management frameworks.
• Experience working with distributed systems, data platforms, and modern cloud‑native architectures.
• Relevant certifications in Azure AI, AWS Machine Learning, Google Cloud AI, or related technologies.
• Experience leading technical teams and mentoring engineers.
