Flex Employee Services is hiring a Senior GEN AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions for enterprise applications in a hybrid Plano-based role. You will build production-ready AI apps, fine-tune foundation models, and implement scalable ML pipelines with MLOps practices.

You will work with product managers and engineers to map requirements to AI solutions, ensuring performance, security, and governance across deployments.

Qualifications

• AI-enabled application development experience.
• Strong generative AI fundamentals.
• Strong LLM application frameworks experience.
• Hands-on with ML/DL frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Strong Python programming skills.

Responsibilities
