Job summary

AspiringIT seeks a Senior AI Technical Leader in Plano, TX for guiding the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade AI solutions across NLP, vision, recommendations, and analytics. You will lead cross-functional teams, shape technical strategy, and promote responsible AI practices while ensuring scalable, production-ready systems.

The role demands deep ML expertise, strong leadership, and hands-on experience with cloud platforms and MLOps.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience in relevant languages.
• 2+ years hands-on with ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Strong experience with LLMs, Generative AI, or agent-based frameworks.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale AI/ML on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Deep understanding of ML algorithms and optimization techniques.
• Experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, etc.).
• Ability to translate research concepts into production-ready systems.
• Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, ML, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and delivery of scalable AI/ML solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Serve as SME in applied AI, influencing enterprise-wide strategy.
• Drive large-scale AI transformation initiatives across functions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify high-impact AI use cases.
• Oversee end-to-end ML lifecycle: data prep, training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring.
• Ensure production-grade deployment focusing on scalability, performance, reliability.
• Translate cutting-edge AI research into practical, business-driven solutions.
• Implement and promote responsible AI practices (fairness, transparency, security).
• Stay updated with emerging AI trends, tools, and frameworks.
