Job summary

Cogent Infotech is seeking a Senior AI Engineer / AI Specialist to design, build, deploy, and optimize AI-powered applications for enterprise challenges. You will work with Python, ML frameworks, and cloud services to create scalable AI solutions across data pipelines, NLP, and generative AI capabilities.

The ideal candidate has deep expertise in LLMs, RAG, embeddings, model deployment, and MLOps, with the ability to collaborate across product and engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7-15 years of software/AI experience with hands-on Python and ML tooling.
• Proven ability to design and deploy ML/AI solutions at scale in enterprise settings.
• Experience with cloud AI services and end-to-end MLOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop, train, fine-tune, and deploy AI/ML models for real-world business problems.
• Design AI-powered applications using Python, ML frameworks, APIs, and cloud services.
• Build scalable data/model pipelines and implement MLOps for production-grade systems.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, data, and business teams to translate requirements into AI solutions.
• Mentor juniors and contribute to technical design, reviews, and best practices.
