Marsh is seeking a Senior Technology Delivery Manager to lead the Build Team within the OW AI Program (Quotient Inside). You will act as deputy to the Build Team Workstream Lead, owning governance, cross‑functional coordination, and major third‑party AI tool onboardings.

Working with OWG Tech, Marsh Tech, and Product Strategy PMs, you will keep the program moving, remove blockers, manage the daily queue, and ensure continuity when the lead is away.

Formación

• 4+ years in technology delivery, governance, PMO, or technology operations.
• Experience supporting governance or architecture review processes in a complex enterprise.
• Ability to translate technical discussions into executive-ready documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Support governance forums, coordinate agendas and follow-up actions.
• Produce executive-ready records, summaries, and documentation.
• Track ownership, progress, risks, security, cost and approvals to closure.
• Support third-party AI vendor onboarding, access requests, and workflows.
• Produce program reporting and maintain daily operational queue.
