Job summary

Marsh is seeking a Senior Technology Delivery Manager to lead the OW AI Program (Quotient Inside) and act as deputy to the Build Team Workstream Lead. You will oversee operational governance, end-to-end third-party onboarding, and cross-functional coordination with OWG Tech, Marsh Tech, and PMs to maintain program pace.

The role requires strong delivery, documentation, and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on AI governance, security, and enterprise onboarding.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in technology delivery, governance, PMO, or tech operations.
• Bachelor's degree in technology, computer science, or a related field.
• Experience supporting governance or architecture review processes in a complex enterprise.
• Ability to translate technical discussions into executive-ready documentation.
• Strong coordination to manage a high-volume operational queue.
• Experience with onboarding, compliance, or access management, and security reviews.
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow or similar reporting/ticketing tools.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support recurring governance forums, including coordinating agendas, materials, attendees, and follow-up actions.
• Turn technical discussions into executive-ready decision records, meeting summaries, action registers, and approval documentation.
• Track ownership, progress, risks, security requirements, cost considerations, and approval conditions through to closure.
• Support third-party AI vendor onboarding, access requests, rollout activity, and operational escalations across ServiceNow, SharePoint, and intake workflows.
• Produce program reporting and keep the daily operational queue moving so access approvals, onboarding tickets, and routine requests do not stall.
