Job summary

Marsh in Boston is seeking a Senior Technology (Gen AI) Delivery Manager for the OW AI Program (Quotient Inside), an internal AI transformation effort to make OW AI-native by 2027. The role acts as deputy to Build Team Workstream Lead, overseeing governance, technical oversight, and cross-functional coordination across teams.

You will manage onboarding of major AI tools, maintain the operations queue, and ensure timely delivery of access approvals and vendor activities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in technology delivery, governance, PMO, or operations
• Bachelor's degree in technology, CS, or related field
• Experience supporting governance or architecture review in a complex enterprise
• Ability to translate technical discussion into executive-ready docs
• Strong coordination skills to manage a high-volume operational queue

Responsibilities

• Coordinate agendas, materials, attendees for governance forums like Weekly Architecture Review Board
• Translate technical discussions into executive-ready decision records and summaries
• Track ownership, progress, risks, security requirements, costs, and approvals through to closure
• Support third-party AI vendor onboarding, access requests, rollout activity, and escalations
• Produce program reporting and keep daily operations flowing to avoid stalls
