Qualifications

• 3+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably gear manufacturing or precision machining.
• Knowledge of gear manufacturing and machining processes.
• Experience with CNC machining and/or gear cutting equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints, tolerances, and manufacturing specifications.
• Working knowledge of precision measuring tools and inspection techniques.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and ability to train employees on processes and safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and direction to manufacturing employees.
• Coordinate workflow based on production schedules, priorities, equipment availability, and staffing.
• Communicate daily production goals, quality expectations, and safety requirements.
• Train and develop new and existing employees on manufacturing processes and safety practices.
• Identify opportunities for cross-training and skill development; promote continuous improvement.
