Integrity Staffing Solutions is seeking a Gear Manufacturing Lead for a hands-on leadership role in Suwanee, GA. The position focuses on gear manufacturing and precision machining, with responsibility for guiding a production team, maintaining safety and quality, and resolving on-floor issues.

The ideal candidate combines gear manufacturing knowledge with the ability to coach, train, and develop employees while meeting daily production goals and continuous-improvement targets.

Formación

• 3+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably gear manufacturing or precision machining.
• Knowledge of gear manufacturing and machining processes.
• Experience with CNC machining and/or gear cutting equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints, tolerances, and manufacturing specifications.
• Working knowledge of precision measuring tools and inspection techniques.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and ability to train employees on processes and safety.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day leadership and direction to manufacturing employees.
• Coordinate workflow based on production schedules, priorities, equipment availability, and staffing.
• Communicate daily production goals, quality expectations, and safety requirements.
• Train and develop new and existing employees on manufacturing processes and safety practices.
• Identify opportunities for cross-training and skill development; promote continuous improvement.
