Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing operations experience with production leadership/management experience.
• Strong background in CNC machining, precision manufacturing, and/or metalworking.
• Experience applying Lean manufacturing / continuous improvement methods.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations to meet production schedules, quality standards, and deadlines.
• Lead production activities involving CNC machining, milling, turning, gear manufacturing, and precision metal components.
• Build, manage, and optimize production schedules to maximize utilization and efficiency.
• Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and resources to meet production demand.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks, equipment issues, and workflow inefficiencies.
• Partner cross-functionally with engineering, maintenance, and quality teams.
• Coach and develop supervisors, machinists, operators, and manufacturing personnel.
• Drive continuous improvement (Lean/5S/Kaizen) to reduce scrap, rework, downtime, and cost.
• Monitor and report performance metrics (productivity, efficiency, scrap, downtime, on-time delivery)

This is a Monday–Friday day shift (7:00 AM–5:00 PM) role with annual salary targeted at $90,000–$110,000 (DOE)—ideal for a hands-on manufacturing leader with strong CNC/precision metal manufacturing experience who enjoys driving production efficiency, quality, and team performance.

About the Role

Integrity Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced, hands-on Production Manager to lead day-to-day manufacturing operations for a precision manufacturing environment. You’ll oversee production scheduling, team leadership, continuous improvement initiatives, and delivery/quality performance across machining and metal manufacturing processes.

Pay Rate:

• $90,000–$110,000 annually (depending on experience and qualifications)

Available Shift Times

• Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–5:00 PM

• Working knowledge of CNC milling/turning processes and manufacturing equipment
• Experience applying Lean manufacturing / continuous improvement methods
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using manufacturing systems (ERP/MRP) and standard office tools
