Integrity Staffing Solutions is seeking a Gear Machine Operator for the Suwanee, GA area. This full-time role runs Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM–1:30 AM, with a pay rate of $22.00 per hour, and focuses on precision gear production and machinery operation.

You will load/unload parts, follow blueprints, monitor cycles, perform in-process inspections, and assist with setup and changeovers while upholding safety and quality standards.

Formación

• Experience in precision machining preferred.
• Gear manufacturing experience highly desirable.
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measurement equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to produce high-quality work while meeting production goals.
• Understanding of gear manufacturing, hobbing, shaping, grinding, or CNC machining is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Operate gear manufacturing machinery and processes is 1.
• Load, position, and unload metal workpieces according to specifications.
• Follow machine setups, blueprints, and process instructions.
• Perform in-process quality inspections using precision measuring tools.
• Monitor tooling and machine conditions, recognizing abnormalities.
• Assist with changeovers and machine setup.
• Maintain accurate production and inspection records.
• Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
