Integrity Staffing in Suwanee, GA is seeking a Gear Manufacturing Lead for a full-time role with a 7pm–3:30am shift, Monday–Friday. The lead will guide a skilled team, applying hands-on gear manufacturing expertise while developing leadership skills.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in gear manufacturing with leadership experience and must be proficient in gear cutting, machining, and gear finishing, along with strong drawing interpretation skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in gear manufacturing with leadership experience.
• Experience with gear cutting, machining, and gear finishing.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily production activities.
• Coach and develop production employees.
• Support CNC machining and gear finishing processes.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Monitor quality and troubleshoot manufacturing issues.
• Promote a safety-first work environment.
• Assist with machine setup, tooling, and process improvements.
• Conduct shift meetings and ensure effective communication
