Now hiring a Gear Manufacturing Lead in Suwanee, GA, for a full-time manufacturing position with shift hours from 7pm to 3:30am, Monday through Friday. The pay rate is $27 - $32/hour. About the Role

The Gear Manufacturing Lead will provide hands-on leadership, technical expertise, and support to ensure production efficiency, quality, and safety compliance. The ideal candidate combines machining knowledge with strong leadership abilities to drive performance and foster a team-oriented culture.

Pay Rate

$27.00 - $32.00 per hour

Available Shift Times

• Monday to Friday, 7pm - 3:30am

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
