Qualifications

• MUST HAVE 3+ years experience in gear manufacturing plus leadership experience to be considered.
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in gear manufacturing or precision machining.
• Knowledge of gear cutting, machining, and gear-finishing processes.
• Experience with CNC machinery and technical troubleshooting.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Lead and manage daily production activities.
• Coach and develop production employees.
