Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in cloud engineering or related field.
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Proven experience migrating applications/workloads to GCP.
• Strong experience designing and developing CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience provisioning, configuring, and scaling GCP resources.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the GCP subject matter expert within the Cloud Operations team.
• Design, implement, and operationalize GCP solutions with Cloud Architect and other teams.
• Support multiple new cloud project requests and determine appropriate architecture.
• Migrate applications/workloads into GCP and establish repeatable processes.
• Provision, configure, and scale core GCP resources (compute/storage).
• Develop automation and IaC to improve consistency and efficiency.
• Build and maintain ETL/data pipelines for business needs.
• Utilize GitHub-based workflows for deployment and engineering processes.
• Communicate complex cloud concepts to stakeholders.
