Job summary

You will monitor service health, coordinate issue resolution, support release and operational readiness activities, and help turn data and feedback into practical service improvements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in IT operations, service delivery, or related tech operations role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to summarize findings and recommend practical next steps.
• Ability to manage assigned work independently, prioritize tasks, and escalate risks appropriately.
• Demonstrable critical and creative thinking.
• Data analytics experience.
• Experience using AI, automation, or workflow tools to improve reporting or service operations.

Responsibilities

• Support service‑impacting communications with accurate status, impact, risk, timing, and next steps for incidents, maintenance, downtime or disaster recovery exercises.
• Maintain process documentation and service knowledge articles.
• Support CMDB and service inventory accuracy by updating ownership, dependencies, and contacts.
• Build trusted relationships across Gas IT, business operations, and partners with clear communication and follow‑through.
