You will work with advanced analytics and AI-enabled capabilities, reporting to the Technology Delivery Manager, in a hybrid setup that aligns with business needs and policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, data analytics, IT, engineering, or related field.
• Experience in project analysis, controls, finance, or portfolio support.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI and Jira or SAP preferred.
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage priorities in a demanding environment.
• Ability to build relationships across teams to drive outcomes.
• Curiosity and continuous improvement mindset with digital tools and AI-enabled ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting, variance analysis, spend optimization, and budgeting oversight.
• Analyze resource demand, capacity, and skill gaps for value stream planning.
• Track governance, funding approvals, audit readiness, and regulatory traceability.
• Identify AI/automation opportunities using Copilot, Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
