• Designs systems or installations to fit objectives, ensuring conformance with standards and regulations.
• Performs site layouts and prepares documents for procurement, permitting and construction; coordinates labor.
• Prepares bids, schedules bid meetings and analyzes costs; may assist with budget plans.
• Develops and maintains field procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
• Coordinates construction activities with customers, contractors, states, municipalities and internal departments.
• Reviews requisitions and invoices; provides budget reports and cost tracking.
