Job summary

Socure in New York, NY, seeks a Senior Pre-Sales Solution Consultant for Gaming to own technical pre-sales across igaming, sports betting, fantasy sports, and predictions. You’ll design onboarding and risk workflows, and translate model performance into business impact for executives and risk teams.

You will collaborate with Sales, Data Science, Product, Engineering and Customer Success to run discovery, architect solutions, and lead proofs of concept that accelerate deal cycles.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a client-facing technical role such as solution consulting, sales engineering, or pre-sales in enterprise SaaS or risk/identity.
• Experience in online gaming, sportsbook, fantasy sports, or regulated digital wagering environments is preferred.
• Proven track record leading multi-stakeholder pre-sales engagements end-to-end with demos, POCs, and technical close support.
• Strong communication skills with ability to present to C-level and board-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the day-to-day technical expert for igaming and related opportunities, partnering with the Account Executive Directors.
• Lead discovery to map business models, risk posture, and onboarding flows to tailored Socure solutions.
• Design end-to-end identity and fraud workflows, including API integration, decisioning logic and data orchestration.
• Collaborate with Data Science to scope and execute POCs, backtests, and success metrics with executive stakeholders.
• Partner with Product to feed market insights into roadmaps and external thought leadership.
• Contribute to RFPs/RFIs, SOWs, pricing scenarios, and ensure alignment of technical scope with business needs.
• Mentor junior Solution Consultants and help establish best practices for gaming use cases.
• Travel up to ~30% to support client meetings and events as needed.
