Job summary

Kalispel Tribe of Indians seeks a Senior Gaming Agent to oversee Tribal Gaming Agents on shift, monitor surveillance, and protect assets and reputation. You will ensure safety for employees and visitors and report safety concerns, illegal activity, and procedural violations.

The role requires coordinating with federal, state, local, and tribal agencies, training new hires, and maintaining strict confidentiality and professionalism. Willingness to work varied hours is essential.

Qualifications

• Two years experience in security, loss prevention, gaming and/or law enforcement investigations.
• A minimum of one year experience as a Tribal Gaming Agent.
• A minimum of one year experience with surveillance system.

Responsibilities

• Monitors compliance with Tribal/State Compact and NIGC MIS; reports violations.
• Supervises Tribal Gaming Agents and coordinates work processes.
• Evaluates performance against KPIs and conducts semi-annual reviews.
• Investigates incidents and maintains safety of employees and patrons.
• Gathers intelligence and coordinates with law enforcement agencies.
• Prepares reports on regulatory deviations and internal controls.
• Maintains confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
