Job summary

Kalispel Tribe of Indians in Washington state seeks a Senior Gaming Agent to assist the TGA Shift Manager in supervising Tribal Gaming Agents on shift, monitor surveillance, and protect tribal assets and patrons.

This role enforces compliance with Tribal-State Compact, National Indian Gaming Commission standards, Kalispel Gaming Ordinance and internal controls; it conducts investigations, prepares reports, resolves conflicts, and coordinates with law enforcement as needed.

Qualifications

• Two years experience in security, loss prevention, gaming and/or law enforcement investigations.
• Minimum one year experience as Tribal Gaming Agent.
• Experience with surveillance systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist TGA Shift Manager and supervise Tribal Gaming Agents on shift.
• Monitor surveillance systems and ensure compliance with regulations and internal controls.
• Evaluate performance, provide coaching and conduct semi-annual reviews.
• Investigate incidents, prepare written reports, and coordinate with law enforcement as needed.
• Gathers information and supports criminal background investigations and audits.
