Job summary

Quapaw Nation Gaming Agency is seeking a Compliance Supervisor to enforce gaming compliance across facilities. You will lead the Compliance Department, ensure adherence to tribal, federal, and state laws, and coordinate with internal teams to uphold regulatory integrity.

The role requires establishing processes, supervising agents, and preparing reports. A2-year degree and two years’ experience are preferred, with travel and background checks mandatory.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of experience in a related field is preferred.
• Associate degree in a related field is required.
• Must pass tribal background investigation and drug screening.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license and be able to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the QNGA Compliance Department.
• Supervise Compliance Agents and provide support as needed.
• Provide training and ongoing development for Compliance Agents.
• Prepare monthly activity and other required reports for leadership.
• Coordinate with casino departments and vendors on testing, installations, and compliance.
