Job summary

Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community seeks a Supervisory Gaming Agent to oversee daily shift activities on the Scottsdale casino floor. Under general supervision, you will monitor gaming operations for compliance with SRPMIC ordinances, state and federal laws, and internal controls, and you may assume Gaming Agent Manager duties in the supervisor's absence.

This non-exempt role requires working all shifts and days, providing staff training, preparing reports, and coordinating staff

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in gaming, business, law enforcement or related field.
• Experience supervising casino staff and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Ability to train staff on gaming rules and surveillance practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily shift activities of Gaming Agent staff and monitors compliance with gaming laws.
• Trains employees on rules, regulations and investigative practices.
• Reviews logs, incident reports and licensing verifications for accuracy.
• Assists in investigations and ensures proper documentation for audits.
