Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Finance, Marketing, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics/Statistics, Hotel Management, Business, or Data Science).
• 1+ years of professional work experience or equivalent.
• Proficiency in SQL, R, VBA, Sass, Python, and/or experience with Google BigQuery; Hyperion a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interact with senior Analytics leaders to refine analysis requests and identify business opportunities.
• Conduct objective analytics to improve profitability, operations, and customer service.
• Distill datasets into actionable insights; develop concise presentation materials for senior management.
• Develop and support enterprise reports to provide visibility into trends and drivers.
• Use SQL, R, Tableau, Google BigQuery, and Python for analytics and reporting; work with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Propose improvements to processes and reports; collaborate on cross-team projects.
• Assist in training new team members on tools, processes, and analytics.
