Job summary
Caesars Entertainment is seeking an Enterprise Analytics Manager for the Central Region to lead analytics initiatives across Hospitality operations, mentoring junior analysts and aligning analytics with business priorities. You will drive profitability through rigorous analyses and present insights to senior leaders.
The role requires strong SQL, Python/R, and data visualization skills, with experience in Tableau or MicroStrategy and BigQuery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college.
- 3+ years of professional work (or equivalent experience).
- Demonstrated business acumen for the Casino industry; can articulate the fundamental drivers of business performance.
- Advanced SQL; experience in Python, R, VBA, SAS; proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with Senior leaders to define analyses and opportunities.
- Conduct rigorous analytics to improve profitability and operations.
- Distill analyses into actionable insights for senior management.
- Mentor and guide junior analysts in analytics and presentation development.
- Lead and contribute to cross-Analytics team projects.
- Design and deliver reporting for operating departments to show trends.
