Mattel is seeking a Sr Packaging Designer to shape the visual identity of some of the world’s most recognizable games and entertainment brands, from early concept sketches through final production. You’ll create packaging, games content, and supporting creative assets that connect with consumers, while collaborating with Marketing, Product Design, Engineering, Copywriting, Photography, and Asia teams.

This in-office role follows a hybrid schedule (in-office Monday-Thursday, with Fridays remote)

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in packaging, graphic, or consumer product design.
• Degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent).
• Exceptional visual design with a strong portfolio in packaging and brand storytelling.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Experience with 3D visualization tools such as Adobe Dimension, Blender, or similar.

Mansioni

• Design innovative packaging from concept through production for Mattel Games brands and licensed properties.
• Develop visual storytelling that strengthens brand identity and drives consumer engagement.
• Create packaging and product graphics, digital assets for retail and e-commerce.
• Partner with Marketing, Product Design, Engineering, Copywriting, and Brand teams to deliver cohesive creative solutions.
• Art direct illustration, retouching, and external partners; create 3D package visualizations and physical mockups.
