Job summary

You will lead multiple projects, collaborate with Design, Marketing, Project Managers, and our overseas partners, and develop cost-efficient packaging concepts while adhering to schedules and ensuring brand protection.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of packaging or industrial design experience preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in Packaging Engineering or related field.
• Knowledge of package manufacturing processes and ability to generate detailed packaging specs.
• Proficiency in Artios CAD and 3-D modeling (SolidWorks).
• Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently and meet packaging schedules.
• Strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams including overseas partners.
• Experience creating package concepts for cost estimates and cost savings.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop innovative structural packaging solutions for product launches.
• Create 3D structures that protect complex products.
• Originate a package concept for cost estimates with alternative solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams and overseas partners to align on packaging design.
• Present ideas and defend packaging concepts to management.
• Support toy fair requirements and deadlines.
