Job summary

Naphora Games Group is seeking a Senior Gameplay Programmer to join our remote team and help build, scale and polish gameplay for hybrid-casual mobile titles from prototype through Soft Launch and beyond.

You will use Unity and C# to design core systems, lead technical directions, and collaborate with Design, Art, Product and AI Engineering in a fast-paced environment where rapid prototyping and data-driven iteration are central to how we work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of mobile game development experience on hybrid‑casual titles.
• Expert‑level C# programming skills.
• At least 4 shipped mobile titles or prototypes to launch.
• Deep understanding of game architecture, design patterns and gameplay systems.
• Strong mobile optimization, profiling and performance constraints.
• Experience with Soft Launch and live operations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and optimize core gameplay systems in Unity (C#).
• Prototype and iterate gameplay concepts with designers.
• Profile and optimize performance across mobile devices.
• Mentor mid‑level and junior programmers through reviews and pairing.
• Set standards and best practices for gameplay programming.
• Ensure features are maintainable, reusable and scalable.
