Limit Break is seeking a Senior Unity Engineer to help lead a new mid-core 3D mobile game from concept to reality. You’ll join a small, agile team, shaping the prototype and guiding the project from pre-production through full production while coordinating with design, art, and leadership.

You will own features end-to-end, drive architectural decisions, optimize performance, and mentor junior developers. A strong Unity/C# background and prior live-service mobile shipping are essential for

Qualifications

• 8+ years of game development with 5+ years in Unity.
• Strong Unity and C# skills with engine lifecycle knowledge.
• Shipped live service mobile games using Unity.
• Can work within a large Unity codebase and refactor with minimal disruption.
• Proactive ownership of features from start to finish.
• Knowledge of Unity architecture: MonoBehaviours, ScriptableObjects, Prefabs and Addressables.
• Autonomous work style with clear communication in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain robust gameplay systems in Unity (C#).
• Collaborate with designers and artists to bring features to life.
• Design and implement modular, data-driven systems in Unity that respond to live configuration.
• Interface with backend team for client-server communication.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and mentor junior developers.
• Diagnose and resolve performance, crashes, and build size issues using Unity tools.
• Take full ownership of features from concept to polish.
