CD PROJEKT RED is seeking a Senior Gameplay Designer for enemies and NPCs for The Witcher 4. You will design and implement behavior subsystems and prototype abilities to enhance combat and immersion.

Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams across a global studio, and mentor junior designers while guiding feedback throughout development. Remote or hybrid work options and relocation support are available.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in AAA melee combat and RPG titles.
• Experience with Unreal Engine 4/5 and Behavior Trees.
• Strong mentoring, communication, and feedback skills.
