Job summary

BlueInGreen is seeking a results-driven QA Lead to own testing across game projects for a confidential enterprise entertainment technology client. You will plan, execute, and refine test strategies to ensure polish and stability across mobile, web, TV, and connected platforms.

You will collaborate with production, development, design, analytics, and support teams, create robust test plans and reports, and guide release validation while supporting Pacific Time business hours on a fully remote

Qualifications

• Lead QA for one or more game projects across development stages.
• Create, execute, and maintain test plans and test cases for functionality, usability, accessibility, progression, stability, and release readiness.
• Identify, document, review, prioritize, and verify bugs using standard defect tracking tools.
• Partner with production, development, design, analytics, support, external QA teams, and distributed teams to improve game quality.
• Shape test strategy, scheduling, risk assessment, coverage planning, regression testing, smoke testing, compatibility testing, and release validation.
• Communicate quality status, risks, blockers, and recommendations clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities
