Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Senior QA Lead for a long-term remote engagement in the US/pacific region. You will drive QA excellence, own test strategies, and coordinate with developers, content creators, and external QA vendors to ensure high-quality product delivery.

You will craft QA standards, lead defect management, and report quality metrics to stakeholders. This role emphasizes risk mitigation and continuous quality improvement in an agile setting.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional QA experience.
• Experience designing and executing test plans.
• Experience managing components of a defect database.
• Experience tasking remote testers and providing feedback on effectiveness.
• Experience embedded with developers and content creators.
• Experience creating custom reports on test coverage and defect data.
• Experience using creative problem solving to improve process.

Responsibilities

• Triage, monitor, and prioritize the defect database.
• Improve on methods of test execution at the initiative-level.
• Continuously give feedback on content and code being developed.
• Collaborate with different disciplines to push quality upstream by introducing quality practices.
• Author test plans and oversee the execution of test coverage.
• Work with external QA vendors.
• Use Quality Metrics to elevate major issues.
• Provide visibility on QA progress to Team.
