Job summary

Scopely is seeking a QA Manager, Live Operations to lead a distributed QA team and drive scalable quality practices for a AAA mobile game title. This role can be remote in the US and Canada, or hybrid in Culver City.

You will mentor the QA team, establish metrics, advocate for quality, and collaborate across engineering, live operations, marketing, and customer support to ensure release excellence and strong game experiences for players.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in quality assurance.
• 2+ years of management experience across the full game development lifecycle.
• Proven experience working on a live mobile game with a large and active player base.
• Deep understanding of QA methodologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to drive change and influence teams toward exceptional product quality.
• Experience embedding QA practices within multidisciplinary development teams.
• Experience in live operations and partnering with Marketing, Customer Service, and Live Support.
• Experience building and leading distributed or remote teams.
• Strong knowledge of software testing, QA processes, software development, change management, and process improvement.
• Proficiency with bug-tracking systems and test-plan management tools.
