Base pay range

$150,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr

I'm seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the expansion of digital health experiences focused on metabolic health, including areas such as exercise, sleep improvement, and stress reduction. This work is powered by an advanced AI platform combining Predictive and Generative AI to deliver personalized insights and recommendations that improve members' health outcomes daily.

In this role, you will lead product development from end to end, working cross-functionally with product designers, backend and mobile engineers, and clinical stakeholders. The ideal candidate is someone who can navigate complex industries, prioritize high-impact opportunities, empathize with end-users, and turn complex problems into simple, intuitive solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to contribute at a fast-paced, high-growth digital health company. Previous healthcare experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead product initiatives targeting metabolic health treatment for individuals with conditions such as Type 2 Diabetes, Prediabetes, and Obesity.
• Define product specifications for mobile applications (member-facing) and web applications (clinical team-facing).
• Collaborate with product design to deliver user-centered experiences for both members and care providers.
• Create and manage detailed Jira tickets in preparation for development sprints.
• Partner with engineering to drive agile ceremonies including daily standups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, retrospectives, demos, and design reviews.
• Coordinate the phased rollout of new product features.
• Perform additional duties as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management with a focus on consumer mobile applications; experience in enterprise web apps is a plus.
• Experience working on AI-powered products and collaborating with AI/ML teams is highly desirable.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with prior startup experience preferred.
• Proven track record of transforming complex problems into elegant product solutions, balancing speed and quality in delivery.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with deep experience using data to guide decision-making and prioritize initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to manage product development through full lifecycle, from concept to execution, within cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Domain experience in healthcare, fitness, or similar industries is a plus.
• This is a fully remote role for candidates authorized to work in the U.S. Sponsorship is not available at this time.
